Do I have to pay a deposit?
Since electricity, water and sewer are billed after being used, we require that you establish credit before completing your service application. Upon request, credit checks are performed with each application to determine if a security deposit will be required.

What information must I provide?
In many situations, service can be established over the phone. Some situations may require customers to come into the office to provide additional information. This is determined at the time of the request
Is there a fee to establish a service?
There is a $25 set-up fee to establish water service. This charge will be placed on the first month's bill.
Can I transfer service?
If the City of High Point serves your previous residence and you need the service for that location taken out of your name, please use the Transfer Service form instead.
