A portion of the City's CDBG Entitlement funds are allocated for public service activities provided by local community-based organizations to benefit low to moderate-income residents. Eligible activities include labor, supplies and materials, employment, crime prevention, child-care, health, anti-drug abuse information, education, fair housing counseling, and energy compensation. Funds are allocated through a competitive process.
