NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the High Point City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Parks and Recreation Conference Room located at 136 Northpoint Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to hold the Annual Retreat. The agenda topics are as follows:
