HIGH POINT, NC - On Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at approximately 7:30 PM High Point Police responded to a traffic crash involving (11) eleven vehicles in the parking lot of Texas Roadhouse, 3940 Brian Jordan Pl. When Police arrived, they discovered Timothy Wickline W/M 25 of Clintonville, WV had been driving a 2016 Chevrolet work truck, owned by Lanford Brothers Company of Roanoke, VA in the parking lot of Food Lion at 3935 Brian Jordan Pl. Wickline lost control of his truck and struck a small tree and a landscaped traffic island before crossing Brian Jordan Pl. and continuing south where he entered the parking lot of Texas Roadhouse at 3940 Brian Jordan Pl. Upon entering the parking area, Wickline struck 10 parked, unoccupied, vehicles before coming to a stop. Wickline sustained minor injuries in the crash, but no other injuries were reported. The total property damage is estimated at $88,500.00. As a result of the investigation, Timothy Wickline W/M 25 was arrested and charged with DWI and Reckless Driving. Wickline was released on a $5000.00 unsecured bond. His next court appearance is March 25, 2019.
