High Point, NC – Eichholtz, a leader in wholesale furniture servicing over 105 countries, will locate its U.S. headquarters in The Bedrock, located at 275 N. Elm St. in downtown High Point.
The company aims to occupy its new space totaling 3,266-square feet this September. Eichholtz has leased the space for five years with options to renew. The signing of this lease brings the Class A office building to 97% occupancy. Eichholtz joins KeyRisk - A Berkley Company, iHeartMedia of the Triad, and Coldwell Banker Advantage of the Triad at The Bedrock.
"Eichholtz occupying space at The Bedrock is a wonderful blend of furniture and revitalization. We are thrilled to have this global company's U.S. headquarters in our downtown," said High Point Mayor Jay Wagner.
Known globally for its signature styling and luxurious products at an accessible price point, Eichholtz will relocate five jobs and add 10 new jobs over five years. The positions will include an operations manager, finance manager, vice president of sales, marketing director, warehouse manager and multiple customer service representatives.
Established in 1992, in the Netherlands, Eichholtz is the creative vision of founder Theo Eichholtz who finds design inspiration through European and Asian travels. Today, he and the company's creative team continue to be inspired by time-honored design spanning every era, international travels, and the company's global clientele.

Eichholtz exhibits during High Point Market at 129 S. Hamilton St., its 21,488-square foot showroom.
