[ARCHIVED] Summer Reading Programs

The theme for the Children's Summer Reading Program this year is "On Your Mark, Get Set... READ!" and starts on Monday, June 13th. Monday is the first day kids can sign up for programs that require registration and can sign up for the book club. End of the summer prizes for the book club this year include a large plush library lion, a classic Lego set, an American Girl Doll, an iPod Touch, and a bike.

Rising 9th - 12th graders are invited to participate in the 2016 Teen Summer Reading Program, "Get in the Game: READ!", that runs from June 13th - August 7th. Teens that register in person by July 17th will receive a free bowling coupon. Contact Megan at 883-3695 or megan.bowers@highpointnc.gov for more information.

Adults 19 years old and up can participate in the "Exercise Your Mind" Summer Reading Program that runs from June 13th - August 8th. Registration ends on July 11th. Contact Readers' Services at 336-883-3638 or Lauren Mitchell at 336-883-3244 for more information.
