Celebrating our Volunteers

Last week, the Museum celebrated National Volunteer Week with a luncheon for all of our amazing volunteers.

Are you interested in learning more about High Point's history? Would you like to give tours of historic buildings, lead hands-on activities, or simply become more involved with our community? Then the High Point Museum is the place to be. The Museum is now recruiting volunteers.

New docent training will be held this summer on the following Mondays: June 5, 12, and 26 and July 10, 17 and 24 from 10 a.m. -  noon.

If you are interested in becoming a High Point Museum docent, please fill out a Volunteer Application found at highpointnc.gov/825/Volunteers-Internships

The Museum is still offering virtual volunteering opportunities with From the Page. Help us transcribe letters, diaries, deeds, meeting minutes, and other materials from our collection. More information can be found at highpointnc.gov/825/Volunteers-Internships.
