Power of Produce Club LabelThe PoP Club is a farmer's market incentive program for children that originated at the Oregon City Farmers Market, in 2011. The program has been put into practice at thousands of farmer's markets throughout the nation.

Each week at farmers markets where PoP Club is implemented, children ages 4 to 12 receive 3  $1 tokens to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables.  They also receive nutrition education, crafts, and learning activities.

Through web-based surveys 67% of parents of kiddos that are in the PoP Club said their children are eating, or at least trying, more fruits and vegetables. WOW! Just imagine if your child wanted to try more fruits and vegetables.

Los participantes también recibirán materiales educativos y artesanías centradas en el cultivo de alimentos saludables, los beneficios nutricionales de cocinar y comer alimentos saludables, y la educación financiera.
