  • The Kersey Valley Landfill does not accept:

    • Burn barrels/Burned trash or garbage ashes
    • Chemicals
    • Paints

    North Carolina Landfill Disposal Bans

    The North Carolina General Assembly has established disposal bans on the following materials under North Carolina General Statute 130A-309.10. See (f) through (m). More information about how to comply with disposal bans for certain materials is provided through the links below.
